  1. Exercise – You need to move around.  Yes, I know it sucks but you have to do it.  Start with something very simple.  If you don’t get up from the couch, well get up from the couch.  Walk a few steps, then a few more, then a few more.  Try getting some type of cardio into your routine.  You want to be able to get your heart rate up and start burning some calories.  This is strictly a momentum thing.  Eating less fatty calories and getting your metabolism going.
